Damon Damato is dedicated to helping people achieve peak performance by mastering the foundational tools of breath, movement, and recovery. His work is built on the understanding that true human optimization begins with internal regulation—aligning biology, behavior, and belief.Since 2015, Damon has

spoken at hundreds of seminars across the country, delivering experiential talks on energy cultivation, flow state training, personal development, and addiction recovery. His teachings integrate the physiology of breath with the psychology of transformation—bridging the gap between ancient disciplines and today’s cutting-edge science.

His commitment to service led to the founding of Qi United, a nonprofit organization supporting military and first responder communities through holistic wellness. Together with his wife, Angela Damato Grace, he also co-founded The Healing Sanctuary in Las Vegas, where they guide guests through curated REset experiences and the exclusive Qi to Life method for nervous system recalibration, emotional healing, and sustainable recovery.

Qi United is a 501 c 3 nonprofit company based in Las Vegas, NV. In 2015, Qi United was created with the intent to use unique services, experiences, and retreats to support veterans and bring value to other veteran nonprofits in the community.

The mission is to positively impact those who sacrificed everything. By giving veterans skill sets and tools to strengthen their health and integrate more easily back into society, they become empowered to overcome the internal and external obstacles they face daily.

At our Healing Sanctuary, we share the power of breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation skills to help manage feelings of anxiety, stress, anger, and depression. Veterans are introduced to cold plunging in freezing temperatures and hot immersions in the sweat lodge. In conjunction with massive health benefits, these practices hone the ability to find peace in the face of adversity. Our Qi-Force strength training program follows these experiences. Customized to any level of ability, this unique blend of martial arts, boxing, Qigong, and Tai chi is designed to prepare our veterans to meet challenges both on and off the field. Additionally, we provide acupuncture therapies to help move pain, trauma, and discomfort and to realign the body back into balance, as well as provide food healing science education and training. Together, our team’s focus is to heal, inspire, and connect the veteran community with actionable solutions that can be implemented today!
