One Third of the practice is utilizing the power of breath in order to recover, circulate and motivate~ Getting in control of your breath, calming the heart rate and tapping into the mind state is key. Our goal is to renew, restore, revive and realign so instead of breaking down you are breaking through!
FIRE / HEART: Mixed Martial Arts: Intertwined in this practice are external power moves that allow controlled adrenalin into the body but cools off before the cortisol affect occurs. Heat enters the body once fight or flight is ignited then immediately transitions into a feeling of relaxation hence rest and digest mode. It is a way to tap into both sides of Yin & Yang during your training with a learned sense of discipline.
